thicker/heaverier than what was recommended.
I also used a size #3 needle instead of a #0 -1
The sock was just a bit loose and a little too
long, maybe about an inch, which is no biggy
because my dd is just 10 years old and will
no doubt grow into it before long.
It's nice and soft, thick and warm.
I'll be making my younger dd a pair but she is
much smaller in frame so I'll use my #1 needles.
I would like to find a finer yarn but I live in a small
town and the stores don't carry a great section.
So, we'll see.
They are lovely!
